The site provides useful tips and information on available emergency resources with a four step process:

1. Get Informed - Get the official information you need during an emergency.
2. Make a Plan - Make a plan for you and your family to be prepared for all hazards.
3. Make a Go Kit - Make an emergency kit that can last at least 72 hours after a disaster.
4. Be Aware - Be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious behavior to the proper authorities.
